Tom joined Thomas Miller in 2004 after graduating from the University of Wales Aberystwyth with a degree in Information Management with Accounting & Finance. He joined the team primarily to administer Additional Premiums. Towards the end of 2007 Tom started to undertake more responsibility of the day to day operations in the department.
