The 2011 Hellenic War Risks Rule Book

The Association has published the 2011 Rule Book. We draw Members' attention to the change in this year's Rules;

- The inclusion of a Sanctions Exclusion and Limitation clause (Rule 3.9, p.29).

Circular C5/2010 explains the reasons for the introduction of this new Rule, and Circular C9/2010 gives Members guidance on good practice in compliance with these sanctions.

The Rules can be viewed online and hard copies will be sent to all Members shortly.
